Financial giving

The upkeep of an organisation like this requires a good degree of funding, food, electricity, water, washing of bedding, teaching materials, caring for the children in Casa Harry.

At present this is provided by CFC support charities in Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.  Around 33% of our ministry funding is from the aid that is sent out.

Financial support also comes from Romania as a result of the camps and teaching ministry and their widespread effects.

If you would like to support the charity financially, you can make a one-off gift to one of our bank accounts or Stewardship accounts (details to the right).

If you would like to give regularly please contact the CFC Treasurer: cfc.treasurer2021@gmail.com.

Visiting us

We would be delighted if you would like to visit us.  Whether you have skills in a trade or are good at general DIY or whether you like working with children, there’s a job for you!  We often have groups coming to camp for ‘maintenance’ work.  They have provided many improvements to camp including; washing and shower facilities, provision of playground facilities, a tree walkway and water slide.

During the summer, we welcome volunteers to the 9 camps.  During your visit you are encouraged to take on jobs around the camp including household chores, clearing and washing, bed changing, watering plants, painting fences, and general maintenance tasks.  These tasks allow the Romanian leaders to work with the children.  You will also have the opportunity to spend time with the children in camp as well as in Casa Harry.

Volunteers require to undergo a PVG check.

If you would like to visit, please access the form in the Document section (click here).
